I acknowledge that this poll is not required by the rules. What is required by the rules is that we have the consent of a majority of players other than gerryblog (7 players not including gerryblog) before he can begin his turn. This poll is one possible way of expressing that consent. It does not invalidate other means of consenting.

I consent to move on following judgements during 309. I do not consent to move on to 310 until flatluigi calculates his points for 309. If this poll is about the latter, then I will cancel my vote.

Nope, the requirement for flatluigi to calculate his points is independent of the consent requirement. For turn 310 to began, flatluigi must calculate his points and a majority of players other than gerryblog must consent.

No, I mean other than gerryblog. From rule 212: "When Judgment has been invoked, the next player may not begin his or her turn without the consent of a majority of the other players." It seems clear to me that "other players" means "players other than the next player."
