Welcome Sub Wolf!

Hey guys, we have another new one among us! Glad you've joined us, SubWolf!

You've picked a difficult moment to join, though. You are not permitted to vote in the current (309) poll, as ctmf has pulled a bunch of byzantine entry requirements out of his something-or-other.

The good news is, they are only valid for this current turn. Once 309 is done you can jump right in and begin playing normally.

Let's all welcome SubWolf! Hooray!

Welcome, Sub Wolf! You've just made a difficult problem even more intractable. (Not a bad thing -- exactly why I'm playing this game, in fact.) Stick around.

It's about to get real interesting. Spork might have socks, too.
Already I hit this site more than any other. jay's bandwidth budget must be unhappy with me.

So, SubWolf and LambChop both list Mefi usernames in their profiles, but there aren't any users at Mefi with those names (or anything even remotely close, really). Not to be unwelcoming to "new" players, but I'd be incredibly surprised if they were actually unique corporal entities without one (or three or four) current handles here.

Not that there's anything I could do about it. I'm waiting with bacon breath to see what happens the next couple of turns re: sock puppets. It appears that the problem is not going away any time soon and it is possible that one physical player could soon have more than half the handles here.

I can vouch for SubWolf, of SubWolf.org, and also for his twitter bio "Stuck back in the UK to recover from a stroke."

Not that my word means anything, but still.

jay is SubWolf?

I'm already you, so why didn't you know that?

Thank-you, thank-you, glad to be here and participating. Not worried about sock puppetry either, these login details are mine and you cant have them.

If anybody is confused by the joking, SubWolf and gerryblog and I are three different humans.

I lean on F5 on Spork myself. Feel free, it's a drop in the bucket of what the BlogShares spiders are pulling.

And welcome LambChop as well, seems a nice complement to SubWolf - yin / yang kind of thing.
