Any player may transfer any number of points to any other player at any time by posting a notice to that effect in the Point Transfer Forum established for this purpose, provided said point transfer would not leave the receiving player within 51 or fewer points from the victory condition.

307 is within 51 points of 300, so the transfer was not illegitimate. Play continues.

If gerryblog is the judge, jay, then it is your turn. We don't need a poll unless someone objects and there is no rush even if there are objections.
