An Artefact Efficiency Level (A.E.L.) provides an estimate of an Artefact's effect on the current blog. This applies strictly to Hypes and PRDs. With no recent artefact usage, the level tends to hover around 75%. With significant usage, it may well hit 0%. The higher the A.E.L., the more impact a Hype or PRD will likely have on share price.
