Spork 38 Sock Puppetry Ban

Sock puppetry shall henceforth be banned. All players shall limit themselves to a single user ID. All actions of sock puppets, including their designation as players per Spork 18, shall be considered null and void. A sock puppeteer, when and if convicted, shall likewise be stripped of any right to participate in Spork.

Sock puppetry shall be determined by a majority vote of whoever remains active of the first nine players ("The Quorum of Nine") on the grounds of evidence provided by site administrators or others.

Both the alleged sock puppeteer and alleged puppets shall have the right to a defense.

I tried to cover this with the Homo Sapien bit in Spork 1 but I'll accept admittance into the Illumisporki.

Ooh, the council of high spork elders. I like the concept. I may elaborate on that some during my next turn.

For instance, if membership in the council were composed of all players of a certain (high but not highest) rank, that would provide incentive to get to that rank, but also, oddly enough, be an incentive to not advance further.
