All players joined to this contract, by announcement as a comment in this thread, agree to the following:

We will not intentionally* attack another player joined to this contract until the weakest of all those joined has created bases on at least 10 planets (even if s/he no longer holds some or all of them).

We agree to attack any players who do not join this contract before we attack any joined players, unless this contract has already been violated. Should all players be joined in this contract, this clause does not apply.

The first joined player violating this contract shall forfeit 50% of her/his planets, and shall owe each non-violating member of this contract 50 Sporkos.

*Intentionally means that attacks caused by tech glitches, game bugs, and software errors not at the control or direction of any player will not be said to violate this contract. However, any intentional creation of said glitches, bugs, and errors would violate this contract.
