a) I'm bay area. I haven't made it to a mefi meet yet. I've played 1kBWC a couple times and this could potentially be a really fun crowd.

b) There are nomic card games etc that we could play in a cross-timezone online event.

Huh. I had the impression that you were in New Zealand for some reason. Don't ask me where I picked that up.

I wonder if a nomic 1k BWC minigame would work?

BWC is nomic by nature. I've seen it tried online a couple times, I'll dig some up.

I'm in southeastern Washington. I've read about 1kBWC and would be interested in giving it a shot.

I'm in New Zealand. I have no sockpuppets, here or at metafilter. I've always said I prefer people to be straight forward and upfront, the whole lying about identity thing really goes against everything I believe in.

I don't think anyone else is playing from here? I'm on a business trip for a couple of weeks anyway so no spare time.

Currently living in Mexico but soon moving to Chicago. Planning to go to a summer meetup there if one is planned. I'd be open to the idea of meeting some of you crazy people : )
