I think ctmf made it quite clear in his previous judgment that he is, ssg. From what I understand, Abron is that Meatbomb asshole ovedr at MeFi - or at least that's what the profiles here and over there indicate.
Most definitely, ssg. If there's one thing that I am sure we all agree on, it's that the word of the judge must always be followed, regardless of our own (finite and fallible) interpretations of the rules.
Actually, Abron's profile says his/her MeFi username is "smells like Meatbomb," which, as far as I can tell, isn't a real MeFi username.
I think the glue fumes are overpowering you, friend volkspider. From my sober perspective, Abron's profile says "Meatbomb", plain and simple. Man, I wish I was Meatbomb, he's so cool. I am certain that he's going to win this game.
This is covered by a previous judgment this turn (ctmf v. sockpuppets, docket number 309-2). Appeals will only be entertained if someone can show a rule that is being broken, or that it meets the criteria of Rule 212 (players disagree, affects completion of the turn). Note that case 309-1 is still pending, which may also cover this request.
Alternately, decision 309-2 may be overruled by the players in accordance with the Rules.
Bottom line: this is not a new judgment, but application of a previous one. By judgment 309-2 ABA is a player.
Discussion: I don't want to unilaterally get into defining sockpuppets, methods of determining if one is a sockpuppet, qualifications for joining the game, etc. in a judgment. It's too complicated, and should be done IAW established democratic procedure. That may not be practical until the unanimity requirement is lifted, which I advocate anyway.

I'm sure you'll agree, AAA, that we should await the judgement of the esteemed judge ctmf and then follow his judgement blindly.

I don't agree with that. Judges cannot break the rules. (Not that ctmf has.)

So they are, so they are. I guess it's a good thing judges aren't bound by their own previous rulings.
This is our 8th official judgment invocation thread since the 308 vote, not counting the recognized invocations introduced in-thread.
Only at Metafilter.
I think it's a truism that anyone who's playing is a player. And AAA^2 is playing his ass off.

Besides, who would want to deny Meatbomb the chance to play MeFiNo? I hear he's a pretty solid hombre.
ctmf, this was a really bad decision.
