I invoke judgement on the participation of Cortex and Taksi; they have by all appearances abandoned the game, causing us to stall here.

Who judges this one?
1 does; he's the last person to have finished a turn
Well, my turn isn't officially over until those two vote, right?
Whoops, you're right; I think I was (again, eponysterically) off by one on my turn count.
I think I might be the judge. If so, my judgement is that Cortex and Taksi are no longer eligible players, because of their failure to vote, and that we therefore can move on. Note that there are no rules preventing them from rejoining.
Hear hear. Next player?
Thanks guys. My guess is that this will happen a lot on the next vote.
Okay. We need a simple majority acceptance of this judgement to proceed to the next turn.
I certainly accept this judgement.
Nitpicking, but technically we're only voting to move on, not to accept the judgement (per the 2nd paragraph of 212).
I vote to move on.
I accept
Well, to clear it up, I also vote to move on.
For moving on.
Vote to move on.
vote to move on
vote to move on
Herro Herro my Peoples. I'll sit this one out. Please move on without me.
Always yours, Yours always
Taksi Putra
vote to move on
I vote to move on.
I vote yes to moving on.
Yeah move on.
I'm not really sure if I agree or not but we need a unanimous vote against for it to be overturned, so go for it.
I vote to move on.
Vote yes to moving on.
YES
That's thirteen out of the sixteen needed for the majority, I think.
I consent to move on.
yes
Yup, move on.
By flatluigi's count that's 16, time for 303.
I didn't realize my work blocked blogshares until I got to work. Also, I have been just nutso distracted. Please for all that is holy move on without me.
Cortex, You can easily play or vote as you have time, we're just trying to allow things to move on once some reasonable time passes or a reasonable majority has weighed in on a vote.
We don't want a situation where one or two people hold up the whole show or where everyone need to worry about it if they go missing for a while.
