The initial proposal was to use alphabetically ordered MeFi usernames to figure out order of play.
I see three things:
1. Different usernames on MeFi and MeFiNo (offby1, volkspider, gnfti, Dave)
2. Players who aren't on MeFi (Aaron)
3. Chuck
Also: can someone signup while the game is in play?
Cos it'd be easy to signup with a name that'd give you the next turn.

Currently it's allowed (as not-forbidden) under 116, I believe. (Also, I think, barring a judgment that forbids it, people can change their usernames -- regardless of whether this is doable in Drupal.) I would favor a new rule that allows us to freeze the player list.
Regarding the "I see three things" bit: I think we need to amend 202 to get clarity on that. (It's in the "assumed initial conditions," but that's nonbinding.)
