How was this list made?

The list of "players" was finalized by listing all the registered users of this site that have participated in a forum discussion or voted on a proposal.

But I wanted to play, and got dropped from the list!

Join the list again. The game got into a recursive state where the only clear solution was to reset the player list.

How do I join?

There is no regulation for joining (or quitting, for that matter) at this time. Current accepted practice is to just start playing by participating in the forums. Add your name to the list. Please do not join and then disappear. That's how we got into this mess. If you'd like to quit, announce it in the forum or something.

Can suspended players rejoin the game?

Players who have been removed from the list for failing to vote on a proposal can rejoin the game at any time by moving their name from the suspended list to the players list.
