jay has attempted to open voting on 322. It's not even his turn yet: "When Judgment has been invoked, the next player may not begin his or her turn without the consent of a majority of the other players or until after a period of 24 hours has passed from the time Judgment is delivered if there are no objections during that time" (313).

Since ctmf doesn't appear to be around, we're unlikely to get a Judgment. So the only way jay's turn can begin is if a majority of the other players consent to move onto his turn without judgment, which it is the purpose of this voting thread to demonstrate.

This poll may be illegal, too, incidentally. The way I read 313, it is allowed, but that interpretation may not be the general one. As ctmf is the judge until judgment is rendered or AAA withdraws his invocation, if there is an objection we actually have no way of determining whether this poll is illegal or not. In which case we're still stuck in limbo, until ctmf comes back or we vote to preemptively overrule him and let backseatpilot settle it.

If AAA withdraws his invocation, it must be said, any subsequent invocation would have a judge, namely me. The only reason AAA's invocation requires ctmf is because it was opened before the vote on 321 officially closed.

I don't see any reason that we can't wait a little longer for ctmf. It has only been 36 hours. I don't think he is gone for a long time, as he would have left proxy voting instructions. I'd prefer to see the judgement invocation answered by ctmf rather than ignored.
