I don't actually think this is needed, but it's an easy enough step.
When Judgment has been invoked, the next player may not begin his or her turn without the consent of a majority of the other players.
It doesn't say, "the next player may not go if someone objects". That would be an implicit consent model, with explicit objection.
I think the rule as written, given that we aren't sitting around a table so we can see nods, means explicit consent is needed.
I see it as another measure to prevent a couple players in cahoots from pushing illegal activities through before they get caught.
I'd be for a rule change that made it possible to go forward without explicit consent after a certain period, say a day, with no objections. If there is an objection, then I think we should make consent to move on explicit. However, as long as the rule stands as written, we have to follow it.
