Numbers

I ask of gerryblog: Isn't the number 200 one of the numbers from 0 to 1337? Therefore, by achieving 200 points (multiple times over), hasn't everyone who was awarded those points won the game?

Furthermore, the last judgement of the previous turn ruled that the game is over. How can we have a judge if that is true?

Judgment:

(1) It is true that 200 is one of the numbers between 0 to 1337, but no player has achieved exactly 200 (positive) points. Other numbers have been achieved -- 0, -2, 18, 1337 -- but not 200. Therefore the victory condition was never achieved.

(2) It also does not state in the rules that the game ends when the victory condition has been met. Therefore we progressed from turn 310 to turn 311 in accordance with normal practice.

It is true that the previous judge, in haste, ruled that the victory condition had been achieved. But we know from Rule 212 that the previous judge was bound to follow the rules of Nomic, and we can be certain that had his error been caught before the turn changed over he would surely have reversed himself.

It is regrettable that this stain exists on the record of the esteemed flatluigi, but this court is certain that someday, somehow, he will be redeemed in the judgment of history.

Here's the relevant rule: "If players disagree about the legality of a move or the interpretation or application of a rule, then the player preceding the one moving is to be the Judge and decide the question. "

I think it's pretty clear that what happened was not an actual judgment but just some silly bullshit. I mean, come on, fellas.

Nobody got no 1337 points, and somebody ought maybe be banned for being TOO RIDICULOUS.

Commentary: It must further be noted that the player most likely to assert that the game ended on turn 310, flatluigi, has now recognized the legitimacy of gerryblog's tenure as judge by invoking judgment during turn 311. This can only induce us to conclude that flatluigi himself, were he still judge, would concur with my ruling that his previous ruling that the game ended during 310 was in error and that it is now, truly, 311.

Commentary: It must be noted first that said player protested the judgement several times before said invocation and gerry's full of something.

1, I'd be careful about opening the ban door for ridiculous behavior if I were you.

Hey, flatluigi, you lost that argument when you specifically directed a judgment at me. It's 311 by the logic of your own invocation.

All hail the wisdom of judge gerryblog. I preemptively vote to support this insightful judgment.
