The current turn.

Judge flatluigi, gerryblog is currently trying to usurp your turn. As the rules say, "when Judgment has been invoked, the next player may not begin his or her turn without the consent of a majority of the other players." We did not have such consent to move to the next turn, so you are the correct person to ask: are we still on 310?

Yes, we are on 310 and will be until further notice. Gameplay is currently suspended.

flatluigi, in accordance with game custom, if you can get together a majority of players to object to moving on from 310, you will have demonstrated that it is still 310 and I will concede. Until that time I rule, as judge, that it is currently 311 and that your orders have no weight.

Judgment issued.

the game was well forked to begin with. I maintain that we should say "flatluigi, you're a forking bastard for that move and I guess we'll have to forking start anew. No forking sockpuppets this time, though."

By inserting that into the starting ruleset: a player here can only be one physical person. This was implied heavily but not explicitly stated.

Nothing you did there required outing your sockpuppet as such. Someone determined to be a jackass (again) could do the same thing.

While flatluigi's earlier judgments this turn were clearly in violation of the rules and therefore are to simply be ignored, I applaud his return to sanity with this judgment. I note that tallus has still not yet voted on Proposal 310, nor has he been judged not to be a player, thus all players have not yet voted on Proposal 310.
