The Index Managers are interested in gathering a list of players who are fluent in any non-english language to assist in cleaning up the index. If you are fluent in a non-english tongue, please post your player id# and the language in this forum thread.

Your assistance will be a purely volunteer, "as you can handle it" duty which will be requested of you by Index Managers as needed. You will receive chips for your assistance. Especially needed are Japanese and Farsi readers.

Linn Skinner and the Index Managers have been working hard cleaning up the index and adding new industry categories for blogs. Over the past week, over 70 industries have been added, including Lord of the Rings and Origami.

Speaking of new industries, Island Dave's BlogShares Blogging Contest #3 lets players offer up suggestions for new categories. Thanks to the generosity of many BlogSharers, five Premium Memberships, thousands of chips, and nearly $4 trillion in Blogshares cash will be awarded. Visit the contest forum thread for details.

For anyone keeping track, there are now 221 artefacts available in the game, including the newest, The Charcoal Pencil for the Drawing industry. Another new artefact will be released this weekend, so keep your eyes open for it.

If you've voted blogs into industries, you've noticed that each correct vote yields 1 karma point and 25 chips upon moderation. Now, the amount of chips awarded will be based on how specific the industry is in the index. For example, a correct vote into the Music industry will yield 5 chips, while a vote for the more specific industry of 50's Music will yield 10. Rock 'n' Roll would earn 15 chips. Karma rewards for voting and moderation remain unchanged. More discussion will take place in the forum over the next few days.

There's a new sheriff in town, the Index Manager. These folks (listed on Who's Who) are empowered to improve the Industries (blog categories) by shuffling things around and creating new Industries and Artefacts.

If you missed Island Dave's blogging contest, visit the fabulous posts by the winners to be entertained and enlightened about BlogShares trading. Watch for more contests soon, and a couple raffles.

Witness the power of a fully operational Death Star BlogShares Help System.

Endless thanks to Dave, Ray, Sage, VI, and everyone else who contributed. Not many large online games can claim their entire documentation system was written by its membership, and I'm proud of this community's undying efforts to keep BlogShares fun and fair.
